Sea Turtle Project: The sea turtle project is one of the hatcheries located along the southern coast, situated 3 kilometers south of the Beptota Bridge. Sea turtle eggs are bought from fishermen and reburied along the beach, left there for 48 days, giving them enough time to hatch. After that, the hatchlings are collected from the beach and kept in tanks for 2 or 3 days before being released into the ocean to feпd for themselves.
