It is with both joy and heavy hearts that we announce the arrival of our precious baby boy, Dylan, born to Hannah and Roger. Weighing 7 lbs and measuring 20 inches long, Dylan came into this world as a beautiful blessing. His arrival was eagerly awaited, filling our hearts with overwhelming love and excitement. For a brief moment, we were able to hold him, marvel at his tiny features, and feel the joy that comes with bringing a new life into the world. However, our joy was soon tempered by an unexpected turn of events that has altered the course of our journey.

Soon after Dylan’s birth, complications arose, and he was airlifted to Jackson, where he was admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for urgent care. The news was a shock to us all, and in an instant, our focus shifted from celebration to concern. Watching our newborn son, so fragile and vulnerable, being whisked away for emergency treatment was a heart-wrenching experience for Hannah and Roger. The worry, the fear, and the uncertainty have been overwhelming, but through it all, we hold on to our faith and trust that Dylan will recover and grow stronger with each passing day.

The doctors and nurses at Jackson’s NICU are working tirelessly to ensure Dylan receives the best care possible. We are grateful for their expertise, compassion, and dedication. While his journey to recovery is expected to be long and filled with challenges, we are committed to being by his side every step of the way. Dylan’s strength is already apparent, and we believe that his resilience will guide him through this difficult time. Though the road ahead may be long, we are prepared for the extended hospital stay and the lengthy recovery process that lies ahead. We know that with the right care, love, and faith, Dylan will continue to make progress and one day be able to come home, healthy and strong.
During this trying time, we are beyond grateful for the kindness and support that has been shown to our family. We’ve been touched by the outpouring of love from friends, family, and even strangers who have reached out to offer their support. From the heartfelt phone calls to the visits, the prayers, and the assistance in making this challenging time a little bit easier, every gesture has been a lifeline. We are reminded of the incredible community that surrounds us, and we are deeply thankful for everyone who has been there for us.

The kindness we’ve received has given us strength and reminded us that we are not alone in this journey. It has been an emotional rollercoaster, but the love and support from all of you has provided us with the courage to face each day with hope. We ask that you continue to keep Dylan, Hannah, Roger, and our entire family in your prayers as we navigate this challenging time. Your prayers bring comfort and peace, and we trust that they will help guide us through the days ahead.
In the face of this unexpected challenge, we hold on to the belief that Dylan’s story is far from over. This is just one chapter in his journey, and we know that there are brighter days ahead. We are confident that with time, Dylan will continue to grow, thrive, and one day join us at home, where he will be surrounded by the love of his family.
We want to express our deepest gratitude for the support we have received and continue to receive. It means the world to us to know that so many people are standing with us, praying for Dylan’s recovery, and offering their love during this difficult time. As we move forward, we ask that you continue to keep Dylan in your thoughts and prayers. Every prayer, every word of encouragement, and every act of kindness makes a difference.
To our sweet baby Dylan, though your journey has just begun, we are already so proud of you. You’ve shown strength, resilience, and courage beyond your years, and we know that you will continue to amaze us every step of the way. We can’t wait to bring you home and see you grow into the beautiful, strong, and healthy child we know you will be.
Thank you again to everyone who has been a part of our journey. Your love and support are a blessing to us, and we will forever be grateful.
Please continue to keep Dylan and our family in your prayers, as we look ahead to a bright and healthy future for our little boy. 🙏💙
