Rescue the baby playing near the entrance to the house being attacked by a cobra

A terrifying video is going viral on social media showing a king cobra trying to follow a toddler inside the house.

The clip showed the 2-metre long venomous snake, slithering on the shiny floor of a front yard with stunning speed as the child played on the floor. It led to panic all around, as snake made its move.

The child’s grandfather, who was standing right behind him, first noticed the reptile. Since he had recently recovered from a stroke, he could not react quickly and all he could do is shout for help. The child’s father then swings into action and performs the rescue act.

He quickly grabbed the child as the grandfather stood watching for the snake. They immediately scrambled back into the house. The grandfather can be seen limping  as he followed the child and his father. Even before they could enter the main glass door, the snake had made a quick dash and was closing the gap between them.

The angry snake then tried to sneak under the door but there was not enough space. After a few more failed attempts to find an opening, it finally relented and moved out of the front yard.
