En un día nevado, una mujer escuchó los gritos desgarradores de un cachorro, y el sonido inmediatamente le tocó la fibra sensible. Siguió los gritos y se encontró con un cachorro marrón herido que yacía sobre la nieve fría y el hielo al costado de una carretera. El cachorro estaba congelado y aullaba de miedo, con una gran herida infectada en su costado que le causaba una inmensa angustia. Once at the hospital, the vet determined that the severe wound was likely caused by an embedded harness. Thanks to timely intervention, the vet was able to treat the wound, and the puppy fought against both the infection and the near-freezing temperatures to survive.
The veterinarians estimated the puppy to be around seven months old and, once fully recovered, it will be placed in a loving forever home. This little pup is incredibly fortunate to be alive, and it’s all thanks to the kind-hearted individual who happened to be at the right place at the right time.
