The whale watchers were on a trip to San Ignacio Lagoon, Baja California Peninsula, Mexico, eagerly scanning the open ocean for whales. Unbeknownst to them, a humpback whale had silently approached from behind. Fortunately, the group turned around just in time to ѕрot the whale before it vanished beneath the surface.
