When you see her having fun with her two pets, the 400-pound Bengal tiger Janda and the 600-pound white Bengal tiger Saber, you’ll understand why: they are as affectionate and playful as their tiny domesticated cousins.
“As far as they’re concerned, I’m their mom,” Haley explains. “They гᴜЬ their faces on me, let me kiss them on the nose.” The two tigers live in an enclosure in her backyard and are hand-fed three times a day.
It all started in 1995 when Haley decided to ɩeаⱱe her Ьoгіпɡ office job and, following her husband’s advice, began working with exotic animals. Since then, she has had quite a few different felines and many volunteers to help care for and play with them as well.
